COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT: Ruchi Puri

Ruchi Puri is a board-certified OB/GYN whose path has taken her far beyond the clinic. A first-generation Indian American, she weaves together Western medicine with Eastern healing traditions. Ruchi's offerings focus on women's wellness with special attention given to the midlife passage.  

Her journey as a global nomad—spanning 35 countries—has fueled her passion for reimagining women’s healthcare and improving access to safe care worldwide. Now based in San Francisco, she finds joy in the ocean, hiking, photography, and the connections of family and community.

COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT: Internal Family Systems - Nicole House

Nicole House is a mother, grandmother, and coach. Her expertise is vast and she holds certifications in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Human Design and Gene Keys, Yoga, and Ayurveda. Our discussion focuses on IFS, a healing modality based on the idea that the mind consists of multiple sub-personalities or “parts” that interact. These parts can include wounded, controlling, and protective parts that shield us from pain.
