For over 20 years, I have explored the world of human potential—supporting individuals and organizations in cultivating greater awareness, connection, and authentic expression. As the founder of Humans Evolving, I create transformational experiences that bring together contemplative practice, self-inquiry, embodiment, and authentic human connection.
My work bridges ancient yogic wisdom with modern approaches to human development. I have taught Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, prenatal yoga, meditation, and sound-based practices since 2009, weaving movement, breath, sound, intuition, and nervous system awareness into my work. Through Growth Mirroring, Soul Writing Circles, retreats and immersions, Meditation Everyday practices, and intimate group experiences, I help people explore what lies beneath the surface and express their innate gifts more fully.
Alongside my work with Humans Evolving, I am privileged to be mentored by Suzy Miller and to serve as an Integration Specialist on her team. Suzy's pioneering work with children diagnosed with autism and their families has deepened my experience with intuitive and telepathic communication, relational presence, and the many ways we connect beyond conventional language. Within Suzy's community, I support individuals and families in integrating these experiences with greater awareness, trust, and connection.
Before founding Humans Evolving, I earned a Master of Arts in Instructional Design and Performance Improvement from the University of Michigan and spent more than a decade consulting with Fortune 500 companies.
Across all of my work, one intention remains constant: to create spaces where people can remember who they are, integrate what they discover, and more fully embody what they are here to bring into the world.
